What a gift this revered plant teacher has been over this last year. It was very challenging to try to keep this video short!
Thank you Bobinsana for continuously cracking this heart open and allowing me to feel safe as I breathe my way into the depths of this heart- navigating some of the darkest moments to the most blissful of experiences this heart has ever known.
For anyone curious to learn more about this Amazonian plant, here’s a short intro video that also includes my first experience breathing with her… I had so much learning to do with how to respectfully align with her essence… And did she show me!
Now I’ve learned to ingest Bobinsana with a much more gentle, compassionate, open and receptive loving heart by creating more space for her and I to come into coherence with one another through meditation, movement, breath and song! She really does encourage you to sing what’s alive in your heart!
