No, it’s not for every body, and yet yes it is for any body ready to put their ego down and be open to the inherent wisdom this elder of the forest has to offer.
We are all freely responsible to choose how to enter into a reverent relationship with AM. Personally, the breath continues to be the most supportive integrative modality while getting to know this ally and I feel blessed to continue on this journey of supporting community through education and breathwork. May we all feel the vastness of our potential as multidimensional beings here & now!
